2020 Cancellation

Bromont, May 14, 2020 – Since the presentation of the event under optimal safe sanitary conditions seemed impossible, and in order to comply with the Quebec Government guidelines, the International Bromont Organizing Committee regretfully announces the cancellation of its 2020 edition, planned for July 22 to August 2, 2020, at the Bromont Olympic Equestrian Park.

“After considering all possible scenarios for maintaining or reporting the event, cancelling the 2020 edition of International Bromont became inevitable “says Roger Deslauriers, General Manager of the sporting event, adding, “My thoughts go to the riders, the spectators, the officials, the employees and the volunteers who, every year, accept our invitation with enthusiasm. I also think about the citizens and businesses that support us and benefit from the thousands of visitors coming to our beautiful region. I invite you all to join us next year!”

The flagship event for the Town of Bromont, International Bromont is a special place, as much for the high calibre equestrian competitors as for Quebec emergent riders. “The event which would have marked its 45th edition this year will come back stronger from July 21 to August 1, 2021, and feature a fresh sporting program!” promises Roger Deslauriers.
